Though the winter is a holiday season, but it takes its toll on your skin, hair and nails. The change in weather affects your skin very much. Skin becomes dull, dark, loses its originality. The chilly winds, dry air, and hot baths all contribute to rough, itchy and irritated skin.  The moisture is stripped away quickly from your hair, skin and nails. Avoid Hot Showers

If your fingers and toes are cold despite woolen gloves and socks, then you can try to encourage blood flow in your body from your hands and feet, keep the inner core warm with plenty of layers of garments.
